- Look Images: Processed for item detection and search, then deleted immediately (not stored unless user saves results)

- Optional: Profile photo (your own photo), display name
- Automatically Collected: IP address, cookies, service usage records
Important: Profile photos must be your own photo. Do NOT upload celebrity photos or photos of other people. Profile photos are used for virtual try-on synthesis and must be photos you have the right to use.
4. How We Use Images
Profile Photos
Profile photos are used exclusively for virtual try-on synthesis. They are stored securely and are not shared publicly unless you choose to share your synthesis results. Profile photos must be your own photo.
Look Images
Look images (including celebrity or fashion inspiration images) are processed to detect fashion items and search for similar products. Look images are NOT used in the final synthesis. They are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after item detection and search, unless you choose to save results.
5. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When you have given prior consent
- When required by law or legal process
- When necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety
6. Personal Information Processing Outsourcing
We outsource personal information processing to the following service providers:
- Firebase (Google): Database and file storage services
- Vercel: Web hosting services
- Lykdat: Fashion item detection and product search services
- Paddle: Payment processing and subscription management (Merchant of Record)
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your personal information and use it only for the purposes specified in our agreements.
7. Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase:
- Paddle collects and processes your payment information directly.
- We do not store your credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.
- Paddle may retain your payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Transaction records are kept for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
