These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Refit Aura's AI-based fashion styling service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Service" refers to Refit Aura's AI-based virtual outfit synthesis and style recommendation service.
- "User" or "You" refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Content" refers to images uploaded by users, generated synthesis results, and other materials.
- "Look Image" refers to outfit reference images uploaded by users, which may include celebrity or fashion inspiration images.
- "Profile Photo" refers to the user's personal photo used for virtual try-on synthesis.
3. Service Description
Refit Aura provides the following services:
- AI-based virtual outfit synthesis service
- Similar product search and recommendation service
- Style result storage and management service
4. User Obligations and Image Usage Policy
4.1 Profile Photo Requirements
You must upload your own photo as your profile photo. Celebrity photos, images of other people, or any photos for which you do not have usage rights are prohibited.
Profile photos are used for virtual try-on synthesis. Uploading photos of celebrities or other individuals without proper authorization violates their right of publicity and may result in account suspension or legal consequences.
4.2 Look Image Usage
You may upload celebrity or fashion inspiration images as "Look Images" for style reference purposes. However, please note:
- Look images are NOT used for synthesis. The Service uses Lykdat API to search for similar products from the uploaded look image, but the celebrity image itself is never used in the final synthesis result.
- The Service analyzes the look image to detect fashion items (tops, bottoms, shoes, etc.) and searches for similar products from global shopping platforms.
- The final synthesis is performed using your profile photo and the selected similar products, not the original celebrity image.
4.3 General User Obligations
- You must only upload content that you own or have the right to use.
- You must not use the Service for illegal or inappropriate purposes.
- You must not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or right of publicity.
- You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Refit Aura. You retain ownership of the synthesis results you create, provided that Refit Aura may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Refit Aura is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service failures. Refit Aura does not guarantee the quality of AI-generated results, and you are solely responsible for your use of generated content.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Upload celebrity photos as profile photos
- Upload images of other people without their consent
- Use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
8. Account Suspension and Termination
Refit Aura reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including uploading unauthorized celebrity photos as profile photos or engaging in prohibited uses of the Service.
9. Subscription and Payment
9.1 Subscription Plans
Refit Aura offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Limited try-ons per day/week/month with basic features.
- Pro Plan: Monthly subscription with increased try-on limits and advanced features.
- Premium Plan: Unlimited try-ons with priority processing and all features.
9.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment service provider. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, handling payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
9.3 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
9.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.
10. Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Pro or Premium plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
10.1 Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- The 14-day guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers.
- Renewal payments are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee but may qualify for pro-rated refunds.
10.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
10.3 Pro-Rated Refunds
After the 14-day period, refunds may be issued on a pro-rated basis at our discretion, depending on usage and time remaining in the billing period. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to abuse the refund policy.

11. Changes to Terms
